#46 – The End of Dual Agency in BC

As of March 15th an agent will no longer be able to represent both buyer and seller in a transaction. As an advocate for greater real estate ethics, I think this is a step in the right direction for consumers. As for how the rules are actually implemented…it’s a mess and consumers are about to be hit big time if changes aren’t made.
