Keith Roy has been selling real estate in Vancouver since 2006. Born in Vancouver and raised around BC, he graduated from high school at Vancouver College, holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Guelph and a post graduate diploma in Sales and Marketing from the Sauder School of Business at UBC. Keith is a frequent face in the media commenting on matters relating to the local and national real estate market and has been featured in every major Canadian news publication. He is also the host of the iTunes and Spotify podcast, The UnReal Estate Show,;which explores the politics and policies of real estate around the globe. As a member of the Professional Conduct Committee at the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver from 2014 to 2016, Keith helped oversee and enforce Realtors business practices and behaviours and adherence to the Canadian Real Estate Association REALTOR Code of Ethics. Keith is a member of the Greater Vancouver Realtors Master Medallion Club for being in the top 10% of Greater Vancouver Realtors for 18 consecutive years. He has also received multiple industry awards including the RE/MAX Diamond award in every full year he's been with RE/MAX. Keith is also the recipient of the Queen’s Golden Jubilee Medal (2002) and Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal (2012) both for community service. He is also a sought after speaker and trainer in the real estate industry, having spoken to agents across Canada and the US as well as Iceland, Turkey, Amsterdam, Chile & Argentina. He specializes in helping other agents build a repeat and referral based business by providing unparalleled service to the people they serve. Keith is often called to act as an expert witness in court proceedings on matters relating to REALTOR ethics and standards of practice. Keith and his wife Stephanie play squash and are proud Vancouver College parents to their son Kai. Keith collects Monopoly boards, hikes and skis in Whistler and vacations in Hawaii.
Sarah Hopkins REALTOR®
Sarah Hopkins has been a licensed Realtor since 2019 and is known for her calm, honest, and approachable style when helping clients navigate the buying and selling process. Before becoming a Realtor, Sarah worked within the Keith Roy & Associates team in both client care and management roles, giving her a strong understanding of the industry and the level of service clients deserve throughout every step of a transaction.
Originally from Galway, Ireland, Sarah trained as an elementary school teacher before moving abroad. After travelling and living elsewhere with her husband Dulta, the pair eventually settled in Vancouver, where they now call home along with their young son Cúan and dog Clover. Having experienced the challenges of relocating herself internationally, Sarah especially enjoys helping newcomers and first-time buyers feel confident and informed throughout the process.
Sarah works with buyers and sellers across Vancouver, Burnaby, and the Tri-Cities. Clients appreciate her thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and no-pressure approach, as well as her ability to explain complex situations in a way that feels straightforward and manageable.
Outside of real estate, Sarah enjoys hiking, travelling, exploring local neighbourhoods, and trying to tire out her energetic dog and toddler!
Taryn Lees REALTOR®
Taryn has worked on the team since 2010. She was born and raised in the Lower Mainland, splitting her childhood between Richmond and Vancouver’s west side. She studied art history at Langara College and in Europe before getting her real estate license and joining the team.
Taryn works with buyers to find their perfect home. She is attentive, kind, caring and genuinely interested in helping people through the stressful process of moving into a new home. She also works with sellers to make sure the property is staged, prepared, and fully exposed before listing it. Additionally, she meets with other Realtors to ensure potential buyers get access to the homes we have for sale.
Taryn is widely regarded as the “fun one” of the team. She lives in Kitsilano with her husband Steve, their sons Aiden and Grayson, and dog, Riley.

With over a decade of real estate experience, Greg Andruff is a hard worker who you can't help but want to spend time with. Always ready to pitch in and lend a hand, his ever-ready smile and sense of humour is infectious.
While he grew up around real estate, Greg never thought he'd end up in the field himself. His background includes business, banking and notarial services, all skills which add to his expertise now as a Realtor. Greg brings his understanding of finance and contracts, of property values and people’s needs to every client relationship he builds. He takes the time and makes the effort to understand what people really want and need, and to help them find the property which best fits the bill.
When he's not helping families buy and sell real estate, Greg enjoys sailing, skiing and spending time with his wife, Melissa, their son Caleb, and dog, Coda.
